We’ve delivered the first release to Infusion Browser for 2025! This release is now available for all users and will update automatically the next time all users are logged out. Although it’s still early in the new year, this release has one big feature that we know you’ve all been waiting for – Customer Items! Let’s take a little peak at Customer Items to see how this exciting new feature works:
Customer Items capture numerous details about products in Infusion Accounting Software’s Inventory management, that have been sold to your customer, which they have now brought back in for a repair or service.
Through the use of Custom Fields, amongst other settings, you can set which extra information to capture over and above the standard information. Each Type of Customer Item can have its own custom fields, and there can be as many or as few as you need for each Customer Item Type.
You can add as many Customer Items as you like, each one associated with a customer, capturing the details of that item:
