Kitsets
Kitsets are a special type of product that are set up with as many or few products as the kitset contains, from within the on-hand inventory. The kitset can then be sold as a single item, saving time and avoiding errors as the components that make up the kitset don’t have to be remembered and entered on the transaction.

Product supersession
When suppliers introduce new versions of products, the old versions become superseded. These supersessions are able to be tracked, and if a superseded product is selected in a transaction, Infusion Accounting Software will prompt the user if they want to use that code or the superseding code.

Document/image storage
Documents and images can be stored alongside the individual product records. This keeps important documents within easy access of users, such as manuals, user guides, pictures and more.

Pricebooks
Suppliers use Pricebooks for a number of reasons, including notifying all their customers of price changes and providing up to date details of those products. Infusion Accounting Software Browser allows those Pricebook files to be imported and the information within them used to update your product information.

Bulk price updates
Rather than updating a number of product prices one at a time, the inbuilt Bulk Price Updater allows users to update the price level price of multiple items from one place. Through the use of standard operations prices can be increased or decreased by either a percentage or dollar amount, or modified from a different price level assigned to the same product.
